Can I return or exchange my order?
We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect orders and will replace them right away.
Because each piece is custom-framed and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for any other reason such as change of mind and ordering the incorrect size. Every item is created with care, so you can feel confident your art will arrive beautifully made and ready to enjoy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your print or frame arrives damaged, simply contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damage (and the packaging, if applicable).
There’s no need to send the damaged piece back—once we review your photos, we’ll send a priority replacement right away.
